Resolution: Request from Antrim Lodge for extension of sales tax exemption period through December 31, 2010.
Resolution: Authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of a mortgage in an amount need to exceed $2,500,000 and related documents between Catskill Hudson Bank and the Arthur Glick Truck Sales project
Resolution: Request from Neversink Glass (A.K.L. Realty / Neversink Construction Corp. project) for an approval of a loan through Catskill Hudson Bank.

Discussion: Of Agency’s By-Laws definition of a Quorum Requested by Agency’s Governance Committee (Mr. Wood and Mr. Barbuti).
