ANNUAL REPORT ON THE ACQUSITION AND DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2012
As required by the Public Authorities Accountability Act of 2005, the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency originally established its Disposition of Real Property Guidelines in 2006. It conducted its annual review of its Disposition of Real Property Guidelines on January 8, 2013, and reapproved them.

ANNUAL INVESTMENT REPORT FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2012
On May 18, 2006, the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency approved and adopted its current Investment Policy. All investments and deposits of the Agency for year 2012 can be found on the Certified Financial Audit located on the Agency’s website. All investments and deposits conform to the requirements of New York State Law and the policies of the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency. The Agency conducted its annual review of its Investment Policy on January 8, 2013.
