RESOLUTION of the agency (1) taking official action towards the issuance of up to $258,000,000 principal amount revenue bonds for the benefit of EPR Properties (“company”) for the purpose of financing all or qualifying portions of the project described herein; (2) describing the forms of financial assistance being contemplated by the agency with respect to the project; and (3) appointing the company as its agent to undertake the project.
RESOLUTION of the agency (1) taking official action towards the issuance of up to $258,000,000 principal amount revenue bonds for the benefit of EPT Concord II, LLC (“company”) for the purpose of financing all or qualifying portions of the project described herein, (2) describing the forms of financial assistance being contemplated by the agency with respect to the project, and (3) appointing the company as its agent to undertake the project.
RESOLUTION of the agency (1) taking official action towards the issuance of up to $365,000,000 principal amount revenue bonds for the benefit of Monticello Raceway Management, Inc. (“company”) for the purpose of financing all or qualifying portions of the project described herein, (2) describing the forms of financial assistance being contemplated by the agency with respect to the project, and (3) appointing the company as its agent to undertake the project.
