Resolution: Authorizing the payment of a deposit not to exceed $100,000 for machinery to lease to Dancing Cat Distillery and the authorization to execute a Purchase Agreement with Dancing Cat Distillery.
Resolution: Approving a mortgage refinancing request from AKL Realty, LLC.
Resolution: Authorizing an Omnibus Agreement amendment for Madasa Realty LLC for a lot line change, and approval for them to submit a lot improvement application to the Fallsburg Planning Board.
Annual Review of the Agency’s Disposition of Real Property Guidelines, Investment Policy, and Procurement Policy, as required by State law.
VII. New Business
Discussion: County Initiative, Mountains of Opportunity, feasibility studies.
Discussion: Ownership of existing health care facilities for the purpose of refinancing under the current stimulus bill.
Discussion: Request by Ideal Snacks to pay their PILOT payment in three monthly installments.
