Resolution: Appointing Steve Vegliante as Agency Special Counsel for amendments to Jefferson Development project documents and to extend sales tax exemption period to December 31, 2010.
Resolution: Authorizing execution of amendment to Jefferson Development Partners project documents and extension of sales tax exemption period to December 31, 2010.
