TENTATIVE RESOLUTION: Authorizing the execution and delivery of such documents necessary to terminate the Turtlehead Enterprises LLC project at the request of the project.
VII. New Business
RESOLUTION: Authorizing the execution and delivery of such documents requested by NYSEG for an easement to extend an electric wire from an existing pole to a new pole which will house a new street light on the north side of Route 17B on Catsill Stills property.
