Resolution: Approval of Partnership 3rd Quarter Payment.
Resolution: Authorizing Allan Scott to execute and certify documents in the name of the IDA in regards to the Holiday Mountain – NYS Dormitory Authority project.
Resolution: Authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of a Fee and Leasehold Agreement and Fixture Filing and related documents by Ideal Snacks Corporation and the IDA to Sovereign Bank.

Resolution: Authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of documents relating to the refinancing of Holiday Mountain project.
Resolution: Authorizing and approving the execution of an Amendment and Extension of Project Documents for the Concord project.
Approval: Revolving Loan Fund Application from Jennifer Grimes.
