ANNUAL REPORT ON THE DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY 2015
On May 18, 2006, the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency approved and adopted its current Investment Policy. As required by the Public Authority Accountability Act of 2005, the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency originally established its Disposition of Real Property Guidelines in 2006. It conducted its annual review of its Disposition of Real Property Guidelines on January 8, 2016, and reapproved them.
List of all Real Property and Personal Property Disposed by the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency in calendar year 2015 – None.
ANNUAL INVESTMENT REPORT FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2015
All investments and deposits of the Agency for the year 2015 can be found on the Certified Financial Audit to be located on the Agency’s website. All investments and deposits conform to the requirements New York State Law and the policies of the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency. The Agency conducted its annual review of its Investment Policy on January 8, 2016.
