IDA’s involvement was for the project to access New Market Tax Credits. PILOT starts in 2012.

Total Project Cost throughout the corridor estimated at $375,100,000, with approximately $60 million in Sullivan County. In 2008 when construction was underway, the project hired 225 construction workers and in 2009 they hired 150 construction workers.
