    Resolution: RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE SALES TAX ABATEMENT PERIOD FOR THE VERIA LIFESTYLE INC. PROJECT THROUGH AND INCLUDING JUNE 30, 2019

    Resolution: RESOLUTION OF THE AGENCY APPOINTING FORESTBURGH
    PROPERTY LLC (“FORESTBURGH PROPERTY”) AND FORESTBURGH
    HOSPITALITY LLC (“FORESTBURGH HOSPITALITY” TOGETHER WITH
    FORESTBURGH PROPERTY COLLECTIVELY, THE “COMPANY”) AS
    AGENT OF THE AGENCY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING,
    CONSTRUCTING, INSTALLING AND EQUIPPING THE PROJECT
    (HEREINAFTER DEFINED); MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS AND
    DETERMINATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PROJECT; AND
    AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN AGENT AND

    EQUIPPING OF THE PROJECT.
