    SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
    Monday, April 13, 2015

    I.   CALL TO ORDER

    Chairman Steingart called to order the special meeting of the County of Sullivan Industrial Development Agency’s Personnel Committee at approximately 12:29 pm, in the Legislative Committee Room at the Sullivan County Government Center, Monticello, New York.

    II.  ROLL CALL

    III.    NEW BUSINESS

    Chairman Steingart asked for a motion to enter executive session to discuss matters leading to the employment of a particular person at the Agency.

    On a motion made by Mr. Rieber and seconded by Mr. Sykes, the committee entered executive session at approximately 12:31 pm.  Ms. Flad and Mr. White left the room at this time.

    On a motion made by Mr. Rieber and seconded by Ms. Loughlin, the committee came out of executive session at approximately 1:17 pm.

    IV.   RECESS

    On a motion made by Mr. Siegel and seconded by Mr. Sykes, the committee meeting was recessed until Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 11:00 am at Garigliano Law Offices, 449 Broadway, Monticello.
