Annual Meeting: Selection of Officers and Committee Members.
Annual Review: Agency’s Procurement Policy, Investment Policy, and Property Disposal Policy.
Resolution: Approving the transfer of oversight and funding of the Hudson Valley AgriBusiness Development Corporation from the Agency to the Sullivan County Funding Corporation.
Resolution: Authorizing the transfer of the Rural Microentrepreneur Assistance Program (RMAP) loans and balance of funds from the Agency’s RMAP account to the Agency’s Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) account.

Resolution: Authorizing a lease from Frontier Insurance in Rehabilitation, as Landlord to Cinium Holdings, LLC, for a term of approximately one year commencing Feb 1, 2012 and ending January 31, 2013.
